文章在探讨隐性知识共享内涵及其意义基础上,分析隐性知识共享的4个制约因素,提出建立有利于隐性知识共享的组织文化、建立隐性知识共享的信任机制、创建实践社团、建立有效的激励机制、建立有利于隐性知识共享的组织结构、设立知识主管、建立隐性知识共享的心智模式7个对策。
On the basis of discussing the connotation and significance of tacit knowledge sharing, this paper analyzes the four constraints of tacit knowledge sharing, puts forward the establishment of an organizational culture that is conducive to tacit knowledge sharing, establishes a trust mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing, creates a practical community, Establishing an effective incentive mechanism, setting up an organizational structure conducive to tacit knowledge sharing, setting up knowledge leaders and establishing a mental model of tacit knowledge sharing.
