目的:探讨IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α在COPD缓解期气道炎症中的作用及运动训练对COPD患者血清细胞因子的影响,为COPD患者制定最佳运动模式提供依据。方法:对55例临床缓解期的COPD患者进行为期12周运动训练,运动训练前后采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测患者血清中细胞因子值,并与60名健康老年人比较。结果:COPD缓解期患者运动训练前,血清中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α值均显著高于正常老年人组(P<0.01);经运动训练后,IL-1、TNF-α值显著下降(P<0.01),且不同运动训练方法,血清细胞因子变化幅度不同,以太极拳训练组IL-1、TNF-α下降的幅度最大(P<0.01)。结论:IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α参与了COPD缓解期气道慢性炎症反应,运动训练对致炎因子有下调作用,且太极拳运动训练下调效果较为明显。
Objective: To investigate the effect of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in airway inflammation during COPD remission and the effect of exercise training on serum cytokines in COPD patients. Methods: Fifty-five COPD patients undergoing clinical remission were enrolled in this study. Twelve weeks of exercise training were performed. The serum levels of cytokines were measured by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA before and after exercise training, and compared with 60 healthy controls. Results: The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in sera of COPD patients before exercise training were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). After exercise training, the levels of IL-1 and TNF- (P <0.01), and different exercise training methods, serum cytokines changes in different amplitude, the Taiji training group IL-1, TNF-α decreased the most (P <0.01). Conclusion: IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α are involved in the chronic airway inflammation during COPD remission. Exercise training has a down-regulation of the inflammatory cytokines, and the effect of Taijiquan exercise training is more obvious.
