韩国是新兴的工业化国家,1997年的亚洲金融危机在其国内促发了调整经济结构、实现产业结构进一步高度化的要求。但是,这些举措并没有取得长久实效,由于经济的结构性因素以及经济周期因素的共同作用,2003年韩国经济出现了急剧性萎缩。如何使韩国经济走出困境,目前韩国朝野间的争议非常多。探究韩国经济面临难题的原因,一致的结论是,工会问题,集体利己主义问题、高工资问题和非开放性等问题形成了结构性问题的根源;而不良贷款增多,信用卡恶性透支现象
South Korea is a newly industrialized country. The Asian financial crisis of 1997 promulgated the requirement of adjusting the economic structure and further increasing the industrial structure in its own country. However, these measures have not achieved long-term results. Due to the combination of economic structural factors and economic cycle factors, the economy of South Korea experienced a sharp decline in 2003. How to get the South Korean economy out of the woods? There are currently many disputes between South Korea and the ruling and opposition parties. To explore the reasons why the Korean economy is facing difficulties, the unanimous conclusion is that the problems of trade unions, collective egoism, high wages and non-openness form the root causes of structural problems. With the increase of non-performing loans and the vicious overdraft of credit cards
