一前言渗碳炉气的碳势控制,对零件渗碳后的使用性能有很大影响。目前我国多数生产厂在滴注式渗碳时使用CO_2红外仪控制,效果不好。公认原因是仪表稳定性差,维护保养工作蹰不上。但也有人对热力学平衡理论是否适用于渗碳炉气,以及新发展起来的直生式渗碳能否用单参量控制碳势等问题产生怀疑。为此,本文根据大量实验数据及热力学计算结果,对滴注式(也称滴控式)和直生式炉气进行了分析研究,以求对渗碳炉气的特性及其碳势控制问题有更深入的认识。
