热处理每年消耗的能源,在机械工业中占相当比重。就我厂为例,年产热处理吨位占机器产量的40%,能耗占全厂总耗能量的15%,年产7000t热处理件,耗电28万度电,耗发生炉煤气830万m~3。热处理生产中,能耗占热处理成本近40%。如果将热处理成本分为不变成本(工资、设备、折旧等固定成本)和可变成本计算,那么,能耗几乎占热处理可变成本的80%。因此,热处理节能与提高热处理经济效益十分密切。我厂热处理分厂1981~1985年期间的煤气消耗见表1。5年来,热处理产量增加2.7倍,而煤气消耗只增加60%,按每年递减消耗计算,5年共节约6.3×10~6m~3煤气,折合33万元,热处理成本相应下降25%,减轻了煤气站供气紧张状况,取得了很大的经
Energy consumed annually by heat treatment accounts for a significant proportion of the machinery industry. In my plant, for example, with an annual output of heat treatment tonnage accounted for 40% of machine output, energy consumption accounted for 15% of the total plant energy consumption, with an annual output of 7000t heat treatment pieces, 280,000 kWh electricity consumption, consumption of gas generator 8.3 million m ~ 3. The gas consumption of our factory heat treatment plant from 1981 to 1985 is shown in Table 1. In the past five years, the output of heat treatment increased by 2.7 times and the gas consumption increased only by 60%.
