目的评估社区卫生服务中心运行现状,提出改进意见。方法对区内9所机构采用统一评估体系,由机构自评、现场评估认定和分组访谈等方法收集资料。结果机构88.89%评估合格,职工和居民满意度均>80%,平均单处方88.89%控制在50元以下,77.78%未启用标识系统,康复科设置较差,合作医疗利用率、合同户续签率、慢病管理率和控制率低,社区诊断内容陈旧,药品收入居高不下。结论机构能履行基本职能,但服务质量有待改进。应尽快统一标识和康复科设置,利用合作医疗制度,规范慢性病例和签约合同服务,及时更新社区诊断,将疾病防治关口前移。
Objective To evaluate the operation status of community health service center and put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods Nine institutions in the district adopted a unified assessment system and collected information by institutional self-assessment, on-site assessment and group interview. RESULTS: 88.89% of the institutions were assessed as qualified, the satisfaction of employees and residents was> 80%, the average single prescription 88.89% was under 50 yuan, 77.78% of them were unlabeled, the rehabilitation department was poorly set up, the utilization rate of cooperative medical care and contract renewal rate , Chronic disease management and control rate is low, outdated community diagnostic content, high drug prices. Conclusion The organization can fulfill its basic functions, but the quality of service needs to be improved. Uniform identification and rehabilitation should be set as soon as possible, the use of cooperative medical system, regulate chronic cases and contracted contract services, timely update community diagnosis, the disease control gateway forward.
