对于一项涉及1亿中国儿童健康安全的行为,充分的质疑和论证不应缺位,后者既是监督完善,也是凝聚共识争议声中,9月11日,我国启动了集中大规模的麻疹强化免疫行动,统一为全国8月龄～14岁儿童再次接种麻疹疫苗。
For a behavior involving 100 million Chinese children’s health and safety behavior, full questioning and argumentation should not be absent.
