在酸性溶液中,硅酸超过一定浓度即发生聚合作用,聚合硅酸不能与钼酸铵显色。因此当用比色法测定二氧化硅时,一般以减少称样量和大体积稀释的办法以防止硅酸聚合。由于这样制备的溶液太稀,不宜作其它项目的测定。本文提出了硅酸聚合后,直接在玻璃器皿中以氟化铝作解聚剂,使聚合硅酸解聚呈正硅酸后,以钼蓝法比色测定二氧化硅。母液可同时测定铁、铝、钛、钙、镁、磷等项目。
In acidic solution, silicic acid polymerization occurs above a certain concentration, and polymeric silicic acid can not develop color with ammonium molybdate. Therefore, when silica is determined by colorimetry, it is common practice to reduce the sample weight and volume dilution to prevent silicic acid polymerization. Since the solution so prepared is too dilute, it is not suitable for the determination of other items. In this paper, silicic acid polymerization, directly in the glassware with aluminum fluoride as a depolymerization agent, the polymerization of silicic acid was depolymerization of orthosilicic acid, molybdenum blue colorimetric determination of silica. Mother liquor can be determined at the same time iron, aluminum, titanium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and other projects.
