目的探讨高频彩色多谱勒超声在乳腺癌和乳腺增生症鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理确诊的50例乳腺癌患者,46例乳腺增生症患者(实性肿块型)的二维超声形态学7项指标、肿块内血流信号等级、动脉血流频谱参数及动脉频谱形态。结果癌症组与增生组二维超声7项指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);癌症组血流信号明显高于增生组,多以Ⅱ或Ⅲ级为主,增生组以0或Ⅰ级为主,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);癌症组收缩期流速峰值(Vmax)、阻力指数(RI)高于增生组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);癌症组与增生组动脉血流频谱形态两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高频彩色多谱勒超声在乳腺癌与乳腺增生症的鉴别诊断中具有较高的价值。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer and hyperplasia of breast. Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of breast cancer patients diagnosed by pathology, 46 cases of breast hyperplasia (solid lumps) two-dimensional ultrasound morphological indicators 7, intra-tumor blood flow signal levels, arterial blood flow spectral parameters and Arterial spectrum morphology. Results There were significant differences in the two-dimensional ultrasound between the cancer group and the hyperplasia group (P <0.01). The signal of the blood flow in the cancer group was significantly higher than that in the hyperplasia group (mostly Ⅱ or Ⅲ) (P <0.01). The Vmax and RI of the cancer group were higher than those of the hyperplasia group (P <0.01), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in the spectrum of arterial blood flow in the cancer group and the hyperplastic group (P <0.01). Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has high value in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer and hyperplasia of mammary gland.
