目的对某卷烟厂职业病危害因素的识别与分析,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。方法按照《作业场所空气中粉尘测定方法》《工作场所物理因素测量》的要求,对卷烟厂作业场所进行职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测检验。结果卷烟厂主要存在的职业病危害因素为烟草尘、噪声及电离辐射。烟草尘合格率为90.9%,超标部位主要集中在烟梗处理工序;噪声合格率为64.3%,超标部位主要集中在干燥机、压缩机、卷包卷烟机、滤棒成型机、包装机组等设备;电离辐射合格率均为100%。结论卷烟厂存在的职业病危害的关键控制点为烟梗处理时产生烟草尘岗位;各种机器产生噪声岗位;电离辐射作业岗位。
Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazards in a cigarette factory and determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods According to the requirements of Workplace Airborne Dust Measurement and Measurement of Workplace Physical Factors, occupational hygiene investigation and occupational disease hazard testing were conducted on the workplaces of cigarette factories. Results The main occupational hazards in cigarette factories were tobacco dust, noise and ionizing radiation. The passing rate of tobacco dust is 90.9%. The over-standard parts are mainly concentrated in the tobacco stem treatment process. The noise passing rate is 64.3%. The over-standard parts are mainly concentrated in the equipment of dryer, compressor, cigarette wrapping machine, filter stick molding machine and packing machine ; Ionizing radiation pass rate was 100%. Conclusion The key control points of occupational hazards in cigarette factories are tobacco dust post when they are treated by tobacco stems, noise machines in various machines and ionizing radiation jobs.
