紫色圆白菜、黑毛冬瓜、球茎茴香……如今,一些怪模怪样的蔬菜都摆在了菜市场和超市的摊位上,并且品种越来越多。这些就是我国蔬菜专家从国外引进并在国内培植成功后投放市场的“特菜”。 和普通蔬菜相比,“特菜”样子特别、名字也特别,浑身上下都给人一种“另类”的感觉。比如,同是一种蔬菜,“中国”产的圆白菜、卷心菜,而在“地中海”产的就叫抱子甘蓝。“中国”产的菠菜,澳大利亚、新西兰就叫蕃杏。被中国人称之为“玉笋”的一种特菜,其实就是日本萝卜。
