我厂热处理车间中温台车电炉,采用远红外加热技术和硅酸铝耐火纤维材料,在八三年四月初改造完毕,投入生产。经近二年的实际使用,改造后的电阻炉升温速度快、节电、保证热处理工艺的正常进行,提高了产品质量和生产效率,取得了良好效果。应用陶瓷纤维的情况: 一、结构特点 1.在基本保持原炉加热室尺寸、功率、布置及出线孔位置不变的前提下,将炉膛的侧壁和后墙,拱顶及炉门等均布100毫米厚的陶瓷纤维。将边100毫米厚的陶瓷纤维固定在一个特制的铁壳上(如图1所示),然后内铁壳与原炉外壳之间填满珍珠岩,起隔热作用。 2.电热元件的设计:将原螺旋状炉丝拆除,改为偏形1.6×16毫米(0Cr25A15)电阻带,且平行于炉壁布置(炉底仍是螺旋状
