笔者所在的重庆正红园林景观设计工程有限公司属于园林类企业。在当前人们物质生活质量要求越来越高的情况下,园林企业获得了长足的发展。笔者作为园林企业中的财务工作人员,意识到企业预算与成本管理的重要性。因此,本文将首先分析当前园林企业预算及其成本管理过程中的各种问题,然后再针对性的提出了一些解决策略,从而促使园林企业能够做好财务预算与成本管理工作。
The author is located in Chongqing is Red Landscape Design Engineering Co., Ltd. belongs to garden-like enterprises. In the current situation of people’s material quality of life is getting higher and higher, garden enterprises have made considerable development. The author as a garden enterprise financial staff, aware of the importance of enterprise budget and cost management. Therefore, this article will first analyze the current garden enterprise budget and cost management process of the various problems, and then pointedly put forward some solutions to promote the garden enterprises to do a good job of financial budget and cost management.
