在高中生物教学过程中,我们发现学生对第一章中的第一节“细胞的化学成分”这部分内容不易理解。据学生反映,是由于有机化学部分相应的内容还没有学习,有些概念模糊所致。而本节中涉及有机化学内容的占相当大的比例,教师在讲述时又不宜作过多的补充。所以,把这部分内容形象直观、深入浅出地介绍给学生,把抽象的知识与生活中的一些实例相结合,对他们更好地掌握知识和灵活运用,具有重要意义。在实际教学活动中,我们针对有关问题作了一些探讨,现将取得的经验和出现的问题作一简介,供参考。蛋白质和核酸是构成原生质的主要成分,原生质是生命现象的物质基础。蛋白质和核酸在生物体内占有特别重要的地位。这一部分既是本节的重点,也是难点。讲述蛋白质部分时,应向学生强调指出蛋白质是一种高分子化合物,分子量大,结构复杂,种类极为多样,
