目前国内外测定人发中痕量元素的主要方法有中子活化法、原子吸收法和X-荧光光谱法等。本文采用火焰原子吸收法测定了经湿法、干法和高压消解法消解后人发样品中的铜、锌和锰。并对其测定条件、标准回收和方法的精确度进行了研究,取得了满意的结果。同时对广西巴马县长寿调查和广州九十高令人发样品进行了测试,结果同文献相符。
At present, the main methods for the determination of trace elements in human hair are neutron activation method, atomic absorption spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. In this paper, flame, atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the copper, zinc and manganese in human hair samples after digestion by wet method, dry method and high pressure digestion method. The conditions for its determination, standard recovery and the accuracy of the method were studied, and satisfactory results were obtained. At the same time, a survey was conducted on the longevity survey in Bama County, Guangxi Province and the 90 samples in Guangzhou City. The results are consistent with the literature.
