随着社会生产生活的快速发展,全球变暖问题越来越严重。所以,需要从节能减排、低碳经济发展的内在规律出发,探寻低碳经济技术,构建低碳经济技术创新系统,作为推动科技经济发展,提高竞争力的战略措施。而低碳技术创新的研究又依赖于高校、企业、政府的相互合作,所以引入了三螺旋理论体系,全面剖析了高校、企业、政府低碳技术创新合作的内在关系及问题,并提出相关建议措施。强化高校、企业、政府低碳技术创新合作机制研究,对于提高低碳发展水平具有很强的理论价值与现实意义。
With the rapid development of social production and living, the problem of global warming is getting more and more serious.
