鞍钢积极开发并推广应用镇静钢锭液芯装炉新工艺,取得显著经济效益。该工艺通过大型钢锭离线热状态数学模型计算分析,利用钢锭传搁工艺参数模拟钢锭温度场与凝固场,提出并验证了新的钢锭冷凝机制,采用垫铁脱模与丙罐定点脱模等新技术,研制新均热工艺制度,实现镇静钢锭液芯装炉均热,经大量试验数据标定,该工艺降低均热炉能耗25~63%,提高均热炉生产能力12~60%,减少钢锭烧损0.3%,提高钢锭合格率0.2%,吨钢降
Ansteel actively developed and promoted the application of a new process for the installation of calming steel ingot liquid core and achieved significant economic benefits.
