目的探讨高分辨率超声、声脉冲辐射力弹性成像、超声造影联合诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的临床应用效果。方法 60例甲状腺良恶性结节患者,均接受相应超声检查,记录其单纯高分辨率超声以及高分辨率超声、声脉冲辐射力弹性成像、超声造影联合的检查结果 ,比较两种检查结果的阳性率。结果 60例甲状腺良恶性结节患者均顺利完成高分辨率超声、声脉冲辐射力弹性成像、超声造影等检查,其中单纯高分辨率超声检查结果阳性率(73.33%)显著低于高分辨率超声、声脉冲辐射力弹性成像、超声造影联合检查阳性率(96.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用高分辨率超声、声脉冲辐射力弹性成像、超声造影联合检查可显著提高甲状腺良恶性结节诊断正确率,有利于患者尽快确诊病情并获得及时救治,对保障其生活质量及生命安全均具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of high resolution ultrasound, acoustic pulse radiation elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Sixty patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules underwent corresponding ultrasonography. The results of simple high-resolution ultrasound, high-resolution ultrasound, acoustic pulsed radiofrequency elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were recorded. The positive results of the two methods were compared rate. Results 60 cases of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were successfully completed high-resolution ultrasound, acoustic pulse radiation elastography, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and other tests, including simple high-resolution ultrasonography positive rate (73.33%) was significantly lower than high-resolution ultrasound (P <0.05). The positive rate of acoustic pulse radiation elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination (96.67%) were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of high resolution ultrasound, acoustic pulse radiation elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, which can help the patients to diagnose the disease as soon as possible and get timely treatment to ensure their quality of life and life safety Has a positive meaning.
