新时期培养合格体育师资之我见

高等师范院校体育专业的培养目标,是培养德才兼备的合格的中等学校体育师资。对于这一问题,几十年来很少有人怀疑过,也未有人公开予以否定。事卖上,休育系、科在多年来的办学过程中,没有形成一套与培养目标相适应的有效措施,其主要表现有以下几个方面:一、受竞技运动为主的办学思想左右。新中国成立后,由于缺乏社会主义体制下的办学经验,过多地借鉴、因袭某一先进国家的经验,逐渐形成了固有的框框,造成难以摆脱原模式的思维状态,这种状态集中表现在两个方面:(一)、体育系、、科教学大纲的制定、教材的编写体系及课程的设置上;(二)、教学活动围绕竞技运动项目运转。二、对中学体育教学、体育活动的目的、任务及中学的实际需要,研究不深入,了解不全面。当前,围绕培养合格的中等学校体育师资需要进行改革的内容较多,本文仅就三个方面谈点粗浅的看法。一、提高认识,逐步改变以竞技运动体系为主的教育思想。人们认识任何一个事物需要有一个过程,认识过程的长短决定于原有认识能力的大小,对某一事物正确理解的深度与速度受 The training goal of physical education major in higher normal colleges and universities is to cultivate qualified secondary school PE teachers with both ability and political integrity. Its main performances are as follows: First, the thinking of running schools dominated by competitive sports . After the founding of New China, due to the lack of experience in running a school under the socialist system, borrowing too much from and drawing on the experience of a certain advanced country gradually formed an inherent framework that made it difficult to get out of the original mode of thinking, which was concentrated in Two aspects: (a), the Department of Physical Education, Science and Education Syllabus, textbook compilation system and curriculum settings; (B), teaching activities around the competitive sports project operation. Second, the middle school physical education, physical activity goals, tasks and the actual needs of secondary schools, research is not in-depth, understanding is not comprehensive. At present, there are many contents that need to be reformed around to cultivate qualified secondary school PE teachers. Only the superficial opinions are discussed in this paper. First, raise awareness, and gradually change the competitive sports system-based educational thinking.
