目的:了解宁波市海曙区儿童不同年龄段血铅水平,为预防儿童铅中毒提供依据。方法:采用HB2100T型原子吸收光谱仪,测定2011年3月-2012年4月在海曙区妇幼保健院体检的1 123例儿童的静脉血血铅,其中男童617例,女童506例,并对血铅结果进行分析。结果:儿童血铅总体水平均值为29.29±1.42ug/L,其中男童的血铅均值为30.32±1.95ug/L,女童的血铅均值为28.03±2.08ug/L。血铅≥100ug/L的儿童共13例,铅中毒率为1.16%,其中男童9例,铅中毒率为1.46%,女童4例,铅中毒率为0.79%。结论:宁波市海曙区儿童血铅水平及铅中毒率低于国内平均水平,但近年来交通、经济的发展对环境的影响日趋明显,儿童铅中毒的防治仍应引起社会广泛关注。
Objective: To understand the blood lead levels of children in different age groups in Haishu District of Ningbo City, to provide the basis for preventing childhood lead poisoning. Methods: The blood samples of 1 123 cases of children who were physically examined in Haishu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2011 to April 2012 were determined by HB2100T atomic absorption spectrometry. Among them, 617 were boys and 506 were girls, Lead results were analyzed. Results: The mean level of blood lead in children was 29.29 ± 1.42 ug / L, the average blood lead level was 30.32 ± 1.95 ug / L for boys and 28.03 ± 2.08 ug / L for girls. Thirteen children with blood lead> 100ug / L had a lead poisoning rate of 1.16%, of which 9 were boys, 1.46% were lead poisoning, and 4 were girls. The lead poisoning rate was 0.79%. Conclusion: The blood lead level and lead poisoning rate of children in Haishu District of Ningbo City are lower than the national average. However, the impact of traffic and economic development on the environment has become increasingly evident in recent years. Prevention and treatment of children lead poisoning should still cause widespread concern in the society.
