结合多家钢铁企业现场调查结果,对“一包到底”模式中尾包的相关问题进行了研究。对于新建和改建的钢厂,在设计时就应考虑到高炉-转炉的匹配对实际运行中铁水包尾包率的影响;对于现有钢厂,应合理制定高炉出铁制度,尽量减少高炉出铁次数,降低尾包率。认为尾包是造成KR进站铁水温度和铁水包周转周期波动的重要因素之一,建议钢铁企业应根据自身铁水运输方式,因地制宜,选择合理的尾包处理方式,并加强尾包铁水的保温工作,尽量提高尾包铁水温度。
