结合平潭大桥实体工程长大直径桩基础的施工,着重对钢护筒的沉放、钢筋笼的制作与安装、导管安装及混凝土浇注等方面对海上长大直径桩质量控制技术进行了系统的研究。结果表明,海上深水长大直径桩的施工质量控制较其他条件下的质量控制内容多且难度大,建议工程中应严格执行质量控制技术,以确保工程进度和质量。研究成果对今后同类工程桩基础质量的控制技术具有一定的借鉴作用。
Combined with the construction of the large-diameter pile foundation of Pingtan Bridge, the quality control technology of large-diameter and long-diameter piles at sea is systematically studied in the aspects of steel casing protection, manufacture and installation of steel cage, conduit installation and concrete pouring the study. The results show that the construction quality control of offshore deep-sea large-diameter piles is more difficult and more difficult than the quality control under other conditions. It is suggested that the quality control technology should be strictly implemented in the project so as to ensure the progress and quality of the project. The research results have some reference to the control technology of pile foundation quality of similar projects in the future.
