本文首先介紹了国外三种公路路面分等方案,詳細評論其优缺点;并結合我国具体情况,建議我国公路路面分等采用四級分等方案,分为高級、次高級、中級与低級四个技术等級。随后,本文又将我国的公路路面共21种类型,按照十种行車使用品质与六种技术經济品质指标,进行排队分析,以定出各种类型路面应隶屬的技术等級。本文提出了路面“經济交通量”的概念,并根据“投資回偿年限与較高技术等級路面大修間隔期限相等”的原則,导出了“經济交通量”的計算公式。最后,本文又介紹了国外对于各技术等級各类型路面所适应的交通量与正常合理行車速度的有关資料;并結合我国公路交通具体情况,拟定了我国公路各技术等級各类型路面所适应的交通量与最高車速的建議值。
In this paper, we first introduce three kinds of road pavement schemes abroad and give a detailed review of their advantages and disadvantages. According to China’s specific conditions, it is suggested that the grading of highway pavement be divided into four levels: high-level, low-level, medium- Technical grade.
