1975年,我们在研究自应力水泥输油管时,曾试用过MF减水剂。试验证明,可以提高自应力混凝土的早期强度和自应力值、提高输油管的内压力。为了节约自应力水泥、缩短自应力管的蒸养时间,达到节能和提高管子质量的目的,从1981年8月起,我们又开展了“减水剂应用于硅酸盐自应力管的试验”。现就试验取得的初步效果介绍于下。一、试验内容试验分试验室物、化试验和管子试验两部分。 1.试验室试验其目的是选择减水剂的品种、最佳掺量和合理的掺加方法;确定自应力混凝土的减水率;了解掺有减水剂的自应力混凝土的
In 1975, we tried MF water-reducing agents when we were studying self-stressing cement pipelines.
