Sb-58是二巯基丁二酸纳和Sb_2O_3:作用生成的水溶性硫醇锑(三价)化合物,本文试验其疗效和毒性,并比铰4种二巯基药物对Sb-58的解毒作用(一)感染日本血吸虫病的家兎静脉或肌肉注射Sb-58二周均有非常明显的疗效;总剂量在350毫克千克以上时,全部病兎治愈(无虫)。用于肌肉注射3天疗法时,总剂量(120毫克/千克)远较长程治疗为小,但仍获满意的疗效,其疗效不亚于吐酒石。这些病兎经Sb-58治疗后,血清BSP存留率此不治疗对照粗均有显著下降,显示肝机能有明显的改善。(二)麻醉狗一次静脉注射30毫克/千克后,对呼吸、血压和心电图无明显影响。不麻醉狗肌肉注射50毫克/千克后无任何反应。中毒剂量(一次150—200毫克/干克)则引起呕吐、食少、心电图S-T(Ⅱ_Ⅲ)压低、T波平坦、血压下降、呼吸抑制,最后死亡。一只猴子肌肉注射3天(总剂量90毫克/千克),无局部或全身不良反应,血压、肝机能(BSP存留率)、葡萄糖耐量和心电图均无显著影响。(三)小鼠皮下注射二巯基丁二酸鈉或унитиол能使腹腔注射Sb-58急性中毒的死亡率明显减低,而注射BAL或BAL-glucoside则无效。
