一、概論 軸承是一机件,用以作軸的支座。滾動接觸之軸承,軸係支於滾球或滾柱之上。其优點:可减低摩擦;在潤滑及其他条件良好下,摩擦係數f可達0.0004。軸承的摩擦係數,並非常數,它依接觸表面的加工精度与光潔度、工作条件、載荷特性、潤滑油等級及溫度之不同而異。 滾動軸承与滑動軸承之比較: (1)优點: 1.摩擦係數小,所以功率損失小。 2.潤滑油之消耗量少。 3.起動摩擦力矩小。 4.装配時所需之軸向地位小。 5.滾動軸承之燒軸危險少。 6.某些滾動軸承能自動調位,以補償軸之橈曲及裝配誤差。 7.可用於高速运轉机器。
First, an overview of the bearing is a mechanical, used as a shaft bearing. Rolling contact bearings, the shaft is supported on the ball or roller above. The coefficient of friction of the bearing is not constant, it varies depending on the machining accuracy and finish of the contact surface, working conditions, load characteristics, lubricant grade and temperature. Comparison of rolling bearings and plain bearings: (1) Advantages: 1. The friction coefficient is small, so the power loss is small. 2.Low oil consumption. 3. Starting friction torque is small. 4. Axial position required for assembly is small. 5. Rolling axis of the shaft less risky. 6. Some rolling bearings can be automatically adjusted to compensate for the axis of the radial bend and assembly errors. 7. Can be used for high-speed operation of the machine.
