目的:总结改良Borsellino术式治疗儿童隐匿阴茎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析安徽医科大学附属安庆医院小儿外科2017年7月至2020年5月收治的17例隐匿阴茎患儿的临床资料。本组患儿年龄为(6.59±2.94)岁，范围在2～13岁；术前在无牵引情况下测量阴茎突出耻骨上皮肤长度为(1.42±0.30)cm。所有患儿均行改良Borsellino术，随访时间1～24个月。结果:17例患儿手术均成功，术后阴茎长度为(4.58±0.31)cm，较术前明显延长，且差异有统计学意义(n t＝35.770，n P<0.05)。手术时间为(82.06±12.38)min，范围在65～120 min；术后包皮内板水肿持续时间为(9.00±3.02)d，范围在6～14 d。随访1～24个月，患儿阴茎显露良好，患儿及家属对术后阴茎外观满意。n 结论:改良Borsellino术式操作简单、术后恢复快、并发症少，治疗儿童隐匿阴茎安全、有效。“,”Objective:To summarize the efficacies of modified Borsellino surgery for concealed penis in children.Methods:From July 2017 to May 2020, clinical data were analyzed retrospectively for 17 hospitalized children with concealed penis. The avaerage age was (6.59±2.94)(2-13) years. The average preoperative length of skin above pubic bone was measured at (1.42±0.30) cm without traction. All of them underwent modified borsellino operation.Results:All 17 children were successfully operated. The average postoperative penile length was (4.58±0.31) cm and it was significantly longer than that preoperatively (n t=35.770, n P<0.05). The average operative duration was (82.06±12.38)(65-120) min and the average duration of edema (9.00±3.02)(6.00-14.00) days. During a follow-up period of (1-24) months, penis was well-exposed and both children and family were satisfied with postoperative penile appearance.n Conclusion:Modified Borsellino surgery is both safe and effective for concealed penis in children. Being simple with a quick recovery, the operation has fewer complications and satisfactory efficacies.
