采用1998-2013年中国30个地区的平衡面板数据,运用Cobb-Douglas形式的创新生产函数,将外商直接投资(FDI)规模及其进入速度和区域创新能力纳入到同一个研究框架中,分析了外商直接投资的规模及进入速度对区域创新能力的影响。研究结果显示,外商直接投资规模以及进入速度对区域创新能力产生了显著的促进作用,通过加入交互项,证实了外商直接投资存量负向调节外资进入速度对区域创新能力的影响。当地区的外商直接投资规模存量超过一定水平时,外资规模进入速度对区域创新能力的影响由正转负。为了检验回归结果的稳健性,对R&D投入和FDI进行测算时选取了不同的折旧率,进而得到了不同的面板数据以进行回归估计,发现外商直接投资规模及进入速度变化对区域创新能力的影响是稳健的。
Based on the panel data of 30 regions in China from 1998 to 2013 and the innovative production function of Cobb-Douglas, the scale of FDI, its speed of entry and the ability of regional innovation are brought into the same research framework. In order to test the robustness of the regression results, different depreciation rates were selected for R & D investment and FDI, and then different panel data were obtained for regression estimation. It was found that the impact of FDI scale and speed of entry on regional innovation capacity It is steady.
