新生儿肺炎是新生儿常见病、多发病。在新生儿感染性疾病中占首位。我院儿科自82年至86年共收治新生儿肺炎89例。现将住院资料分析如下。一、临床资料 1.性别和日龄男64例,女25例;<7日者39例,8～28日者50例。 2.季节和地区大多数病儿发病在冬春两季。 3.分娩情况 73例正常娩出,3例其母孕期有明显的感染史;羊膜早破2例,产程延长3例,胎头吸引5例,剖腹产2例,早产2例,产钳术2例,还有3例为旧法接生。
