变压器铁芯硅钢片下料,过去是先将卷料硅钢片下成片料,再将片料手工剪成条料。工序多,工效低,体力劳动强度大,还经常发生工伤事故为了改变铁芯下料的落后状态,提高劳动生产率,把工人从笨重的体力劳动中解放出来,实现变压器铁芯下料机械化、自动化。在厂党委的领导下组成“三结合”技术改造小组,根据我厂实际情况,结合外厂经验,奋战一年,建成“变压器硅钢片下料自动线”(见附图1、2)。实现了铁芯下料自动
