在B-R缓冲液中,微量Sb(III)对桑色素的荧光具有明显的猝灭作用,据此建立了测定微量Sb(III)的新方法。当最大激发波长与发射波长分别为417 nm和496 nm时,Sb(III)的质量浓度在0.004~0.06μg/mL范围内与桑色素荧光强度的猝灭值ΔF呈线性关系,其检出限为9.80×10-4μg/mL。对0.02μg/mL Sb(III)进行12次平行测定,相对标准偏差为0.31%。方法可用于不同环境水样中微量Sb(III)的测定,回收率在98.4%~103.6%之间。
In B-R buffer, trace amounts of Sb (III) quenched the fluorescence of morin significantly, and a new method for the determination of trace Sb (III) was established. When the maximum excitation wavelength and the emission wavelength were 417 nm and 496 nm, respectively, the mass concentration of Sb (III) showed a linear relationship with the quenching value ΔF of fluorescence intensity of morin in the range of 0.004 ~ 0.06 μg / mL. The detection limit 9.80 × 10 -4 μg / mL. Twelve replicates were performed on 0.02 μg / mL Sb (III) with a relative standard deviation of 0.31%. The method can be used for the determination of trace Sb (III) in different environmental water samples with recoveries between 98.4% and 103.6%.
