针对孟买地铁车辆,运用刚柔耦合的车辆振动模型,研究弹性车体与构架耦合振动,分析车体弹性对平稳性的影响。分析表明,车体刚度越大,车体弹性对平稳性的影响越小;随着转向架一系垂向刚度的增加,构架的浮沉频率会逐步增加;通过参数优化,当构架浮沉频率与车体垂向一阶弯曲频率相近时,不会发生车体垂向弯曲共振现象。
Aimed at Mumbai metro vehicles, the coupling vibration between the elastic body and the frame is studied by using the rigid-flexible coupling vehicle vibration model, and the effect of the body elasticity on the stability is analyzed. The analysis shows that the greater the stiffness of the vehicle body, the smaller the influence of the body’s elasticity on the stability. With the increase of the vertical stiffness of the bogie, the frequency of the bogie will increase gradually. When the bogie frequency and the vehicle Body vertical bending frequency similar to the first, the body will not occur vertical bending resonance phenomenon.
