通过在正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解过程中添加聚丙烯酸(PAA),制备了PAA/SiO_2核壳粒子,利用IR、TG、TEM、XRD等表征手段对PAA/SiO_2核壳粒子进行了分析,采用KH570对粒子进行表面改性并在载玻片表面提拉成膜。结果表明,制备所得的PAA/SiO_2核壳粒子相比普通SiO_2粒子分散性优异,核壳结构明显,可通过改变TEOS与PAA的用量调控核、壳的大小及厚度,且能替代普通SiO_2粒子成膜;改性后粒子成膜水接触角能达到156°,表现出超疏水性能。
The PAA / SiO_2 core-shell particles were prepared by adding polyacrylic acid (PAA) during TEOS hydrolysis. The PAA / SiO_2 core-shell particles were characterized by IR, TG, TEM and XRD , Using KH570 particle surface modification and pulling in the slide film. The results show that the prepared PAA / SiO_2 core-shell particles have better dispersibility than ordinary SiO_2 particles and obvious core-shell structure.
