详细介绍了用VCAAC方法对沥青混凝土试件进行矿料级配检验、调整以及最终取得符合要求的矿料级配的原理和方法。文中用几个实例详细介绍了矿料级配检验的具体操作步骤。对比检验表明,对同一种原材料和相同的矿料级配,用VCADRF方法和VCAAC方法检验的结果并不相同。其主要原因是VCADRF方法所用的粗集料干捣实孔隙率常小于VCAAC方法中对用马歇尔试验两面各击实75次的试件进行分解计算得到的粗集料的孔隙率。此外,VCAAC方法考虑了集料吸收沥青的影响。
The VCAAC method is introduced in detail to test and adjust the mineral aggregate gradation of asphalt concrete specimens and to finally obtain the principle and method of grading the mineral aggregate to meet the requirements. In this paper, a few examples are described in detail the specific steps of ore grade grading test. The comparison test shows that the results of VCADRF and VCAAC are not the same for the same raw material and the same mineral grade. The main reason for this is that the coarse aggregate dry porosity used in the VCADRF method is often less than that of the VCAAC method. The porosity of the coarse aggregate is calculated by decomposing the test specimens that were compacted 75 times on both sides of the Marshall test. In addition, the VCAAC method considers the effect of aggregate absorption of asphalt.
