针对广东省惠州市甜玉米种植田块较小、种子形状独特及种子价格昂贵等特点,设计开发了新型的甜玉米精准播种机。该机采用工农-12K型手扶拖拉机为动力,一次完成开沟、播种、施肥及覆土等作业。该播种机主要由动力系统、播种系统等组成,本文介绍了其基本组成及工作原理,并着重阐述了其关键组成部件的设计及主要特点。田间试验结果表明,该机油耗低、漏播率低、播种精准且作业质量符合农艺要求;机具结构设计合理,能够满足甜玉米精准播种农艺要求。
In view of the characteristics of small sweet corn planting plots, unique seed shapes and expensive seeds in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, a new type of sweet corn precision seeder has been designed and developed. The machine uses the worker-peasant-12K walking tractor as a driving force to complete a ditch, sowing, fertilization and casing work. The planter is mainly composed of power system, seeding system and so on. This paper introduces its basic composition and working principle, and emphatically expounds the design and main features of its key components. Field test results show that the machine has low fuel consumption, low leakage rate, precise sowing and agronomic requirements of working quality. The structure of the machine is reasonable and can meet the precise sowing requirements of sweet corn.
