针对鱼雷罐喷吹脱硫动力学条件差,引起脱硫剂消耗高、铁液回硫比例大等问题,提出了一种鱼雷罐双枪斜插式喷吹脱硫新工艺;通过水力学模型试验,对比研究了原工艺和新工艺的脱硫动力学条件,以及工艺参数对熔池混匀时间的影响规律。结果表明:相比目前使用工艺,新工艺可以大幅度缩短熔池内液体混匀时间,显著改善喷吹动力学条件,提高脱硫效果;试验条件下,混匀时间改善最大幅度达53.8%。
Aiming at the problems such as poor desulfurization kinetics of torpedo canister injection, high consumption of desulfurizing agent and large proportion of iron liquid to be re-sulphurized, a new double-gun inclined insert injection desulfurization technology for torpedo can was put forward. Through the hydraulic model test, The desulfurization kinetics conditions of the original process and the new process are studied, and the influence rules of the process parameters on the mixing time of the molten bath are studied. The results show that compared with the current technology, the new technology can greatly shorten the liquid mixing time in the molten pool, significantly improve the injection kinetics conditions and improve the desulfurization effect; under the experimental conditions, the mixing time is improved by 53.8%.
