一、生产经营中的思想政治工作应该注重政策的导向作用。 政策的导向作用,是指用党的路线、方针、政策和上级的有关规定去提高人们的认识,统一人们行动的一种方法。积极的观念和思维方式,推动职工支持深化改革,落后的观念和思维方式,制约着职工接受新的事物。因此,企业生产经营中的思想政治工作就是要科学地预见职工在各个改革时期的思想特点,准确找出形成职工思想问题的原因,引导职工向有利于改革的方向发展。我认为注重的导向作用至关重要,在工作中应把握以下三种基本方法: First, ideological and political work in production and operation should focus on the guiding role of policies.
