创新教育是知识经济时代教育的核心特征,学校共青团干部应以此核心重新构建育人观念:每个学生都有创造潜能;创新能力通过培养可不断发展;创造是坚实基础知识的升华和飞跃。学校共青团干部还应该深入了解以独立人格为首的二十方面的创新人才素质构成要素,特别关注情感、意志、气质诸方面的非智力创造因素的开发。学校共青团干部应在培养适应并创造未来,批判创新、创造性学习、综合能力四大重要切入口,积极探索与深化学生创新能力的教育。
Innovative education is the core feature of education in the era of knowledge economy. The school CYL cadres should reconstruct the concept of educating people with this core: every student has the potential to create; the innovative ability can be continuously developed through training; and the creation is the sublimation and leap of solid basic knowledge. The CYL cadres in schools should also understand the elements of the quality of creative talents in the 20 aspects headed by independent personality, paying particular attention to the development of non-intellectual creative factors in terms of emotion, will and temperament. The Communist Youth League cadres in schools should actively explore and deepen the education of students’ innovative abilities by cultivating four important cutting-in points that fit, create the future, criticize innovation, creative learning and comprehensive abilities.
