语文教学的根本任务,在于全面地培养学生的听说读写能力。然而目前却存在重读写轻听说的现象,学生口语能力普遍低下。听广播,听报告,听讲课乃至日常听别人说话,不得要领者不足为奇,莫知所云者亦不乏其人,说的方面,或者羞羞答答低头不语,或者结结巴巴语不成句,或者东拉西扯不知所云,有的甚至开口黄腔,笑话百出。至于能讲普通话的,就百里难挑一二了。这与现代化社会很不适应。邓小平同志提出:“教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来。”当今,知识成倍增长,科技迅猛发展,生活节奏日益加快。人们在广泛交往、紧张工作中,要求提高效率,不可能事事都先形成文字再行交流。用声音来传播和保留信息的时侯越来越多,传声的技术也越来越先进,这样对听说的要
