通过发芽试验研究了温度、光照、p H值、贮藏时间等因素对乳突果种子萌发的影响。结果表明,乳突果种子无后熟休眠特性;其最适萌发温度为25℃;光照条件和黑暗条件发芽率没有差异;其对p H具有广泛的适应性,在p H值为2~10范围内均可萌发,但在p H值为6~8范围内可获得较高的发芽率。最适贮藏时间为12个月。
The effects of temperature, light, p H value, storage time and other factors on the germination of madder seeds were studied by germination tests. The results showed that there was no post-ripe dormancy characteristic in the seeds of P. tabaci; the optimum temperature for germination was 25 ℃; there was no difference in the germination rate between dark and light conditions; it had wide adaptability to p H, Can germinate within the range, but the p H value of 6 to 8 range to obtain a higher germination rate. The most suitable storage time is 12 months.
