目的探讨膀胱癌基底膜中层粘蛋白、胶原蛋白Ⅳ与纤维连接蛋白分布表达的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学方法测定35例膀胱移行上皮癌和3例低分化鳞状上皮癌肿瘤组织基底膜层粘蛋白(LN)、胶原蛋白Ⅳ(Col Ⅳ)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)含量与分布。结果病理级别高、浸润性生长的膀胱移行上皮癌,基底膜LN、Col Ⅳ和FN一样,阳性染色少,分布不连续;反之,病理级别低、非浸润性生长的肿瘤,基底膜LN、Col Ⅳ也和FN一致,阳性染色多,分布呈连续性。低分化鳞状上皮癌基底膜LN、Col Ⅳ和FN分布含量同样呈正相关。结论膀胱肿瘤基底膜LN、Col Ⅳ和FN分布含量高度一致,它们的丧失可作为肿瘤恶性度高的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of laminin, collagen Ⅳ and fibronectin in bladder carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the content and distribution of mucosal LN (LN), Col Ⅳ and FN in 35 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and 3 cases of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the squamous cell carcinoma . Results The high pathological grade, invasive growth of bladder transitional epithelial carcinoma, basement membrane LN, Col Ⅳ and FN, positive staining less, the distribution is not continuous; the other hand, low pathological grade, non-invasive growth of the tumor, the basement membrane LN, Col Ⅳ also consistent with FN, positive staining and distribution was continuous. Poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the basement membrane LN, Col Ⅳ and FN distribution of content was also positively correlated. Conclusions The distribution of LN, Col Ⅳ and FN in the basement membrane of bladder tumor is highly consistent, and their loss can be used as one of the indicators of high malignancy of the tumor.
