近两年来,上海市职工高等教育战线广泛开展协作,已逐步形成以提高教学质量为中心的协作活动网,活动形式多样。上海市工厂企业办职工高校布局分散,规模较小,师资力量薄弱,设备条件也差,不少学科开展教学都有一定困难。针对这一现状,各有关局陆续建立了职工高校间的教学、教务协作关系。到目前为止,全市各局系统共建立了高等数学、物理、化学、英语、液压、电工基础、机械制图等七十多个基础课、专业基础课、专业课中心教研组。冶金、纺织、轻工、机电一局等单位还普遍建立了教务干部例会,定期研究、交流教务工作,并在设备、资料等方面做到互通有无。冶金局从一九七八年三月起,陆续组织了十三门基础课、专业基础课中心教研组,参加活动的专任教师近百名,占全局职工高校教师总数的三分 In the past two years, the workers’ education in Shanghai has extensively collaborates on the frontline of higher education and has gradually formed a network of collaborative activities focusing on improving teaching quality with various forms of activities.
