1970～1979年我们共治疗约500例红斑性狼疮,有完整病历可查者约265例,其中系统型(SLE)229例,慢性盘型(DLE)25例、中间型11例。就265例而言死亡率约22％;就229例而言死亡率约25％;就500例而言死亡率约11.6％。
From 1970 to 1979, we treated a total of about 500 cases of lupus erythematosus. There are about 265 cases of complete medical records, of which 229 cases are SLE, 25 cases are chronic disc (DLE) and 11 are intermediate. The death rate was about 22% for 265 cases; about 25% for 229 cases; and about 11.6% for 500 cases.
