利用B73与By804构建的高油玉米群体为材料,对细胞壁主要成分纤维素、半纤维素、木质素3个品质性状进行了分析评价,以探讨茎秆品质性状间的关系以及与茎秆穿刺强度的关系。结果表明,各品质性状变异较大,各性状家系间差异均达极显著水平,不同品质性状变异程度不同,其中木质素含量变异最大,变异系数达20.10%。纤维素、半纤维素和木质素三者之间均达到极显著正相关,其中,纤维素和木质素与茎秆穿刺强度呈显著或极显著正相关。
