借助于系统的调查资料分析与个案追踪研究,从教育经济学的视野来分析当前市场经济务件下初等教育、中等教育和高等教育分别对民族家庭教育投资所作的回报来阐释民族家庭的教育态度与行为,从中解释为什么尽管民族地区已经实行了“两免一补”,绝大多数学生的学业成绩还是没有得到显著提高,厌学、辍学、隐性失学、失学依然存在。
With the aid of systematic investigation and case study, this paper analyzes the return of elementary family education from primary education, secondary education and higher education under the current market economy from the perspective of educational economics to explain the educational attitude of ethnic families And behavior, explain why despite the implementation of the “two exemptions and one subsidy” in ethnic minority areas, the vast majority of students’ academic performance has not been significantly improved, tired of school, drop out of school, implicit in school, still out of school.
