为提高黄连木枝接成活率,研究了不同接穗处理方法和嫁接时期对黄连木枝接成活的影响。结果表明,不同处理方法接穗失水率有极显著差异,封蜡处理接穗失水率最低,仅为5.56%,对照失水率最大,达25.72%;各处理嫁接成活率有极显著差异,接穗封蜡嫁接成活率最高,为83.7%,极显著高于接穗封膜和对照,对照嫁接成活率为0;不同接穗处理方法枝接成活后植株生长量无显著差异。嫁接时期以5月5日和5月15日的嫁接成活率居高,分别为85.5%和83.1%,极显著高于其他时期;嫁接成活后的新梢长度以5月25日嫁接期的极显著低于其它时期。
In order to improve the survival rate of Coptis chinensis, the effects of different scion treatments and grafting stages on the survival of Coptis chinensis were studied.
