中药饮片是药材经过净制、切制和炮炙等处理后,可直接用于中医临床或制剂生产使用的处方药品。饮片的质量优劣直接关系着其临床疗效的好坏,炮制是影响饮片质量的关键环节。课题组在参与《全国中药饮片炮制规范》的制定过程中,发现历版药典、各地饮片炮制规范和各炮制专著中饮片的制法项或炮制项下均是用描述性的语言和相关经验术语表述,指标主观性强、方法重复性差,在实际操作过程中不易掌握。该文对中药炮制中常见的经验性描述及相关术语进行总结,结合课题组多年研究,提出采用现代科学技术手段结合传统经验判断,实现炮制经验的客观化表达,在此基础上为炮制方法制定操作性强的工艺参数,以适应中药炮制产业化发展的趋势,为中药炮制技术的传承与行业的发展提供借鉴。

This article summarizes the common experience description and related terminology of traditional Chinese medicine concoction. Combined with many years’ research of the research group, it puts forward to using modern science and technology means combined with traditional experience to judge and realize the objective expression of processing experience. On this basis, Strong operability of the process parameters in order to adapt to the industrialization of Chinese medicine concocted the trend for the processing of traditional Chinese medicine technology and the development of the industry to provide reference.
