介绍了下挂式多级脉冲增效射孔和外套式多级脉冲增效射孔技术的作用原理、产品特点及技术指标。该设计采用了火工品中的隔板点火技术与延时技术,并对增效药剂的综合性能进行改进,从而达到了将高能气体压裂与一体式增效射孔有机融合的效果,井上与井下试验结果表明该技术获得了最大的射孔穿深和很好的压裂效果。
The operating principle, product features and technical indexes of the drop-in multi-stage pulse synergistic perforating and the coat multi-stage pulse synergistic perforating are introduced. The design uses the separator ignition technology in fire products and the delay technology, and improves the comprehensive performance of the synergistic agent to achieve the effect of organic fusion of the high-energy gas fracturing and the integrated synergistic perforating. Inverted And downhole test results show that the technology to obtain the maximum penetration depth and good fracturing effect.
