本文以主风口地区焦炭得到加热这个理论为基础,分析了双层送风冲天炉的底焦燃烧情况,提出了其风口排距和风量分配参数的选定方法,并在生产性冲天炉上进行了验证。实践证明,采用本文所推荐的参数的双层送风冲天炉,其出铁温度比英国H.J.莱松等人的炉型高出40~60℃,比单排风口冲天炉高出100℃左右。如果保持相同温度,批焦消耗量可节约15~20%(指冶金焦)。同时,主张双层送风冲天炉应专指“倒置”的而言,“顺置”的应归入多排风口冲天炉;卡腰炉应归类于双层送风冲天炉;以后定型的双层送风冲天炉仍应保留曲线炉型、炉胆热风和具有一定风速的小风口。
