我院以往編制的水塔和水池标准图中,有一部份鋼筋混凝土結构配筋系采用5号热軋变形鋼筋,計算强度Ra=2400kg/cm~2。不少施工单位来函电反映,现埸备料大多只能保証供应3号热軋圓鋼筋Ra=2100kg/cm~2,要求改变原設計。我院和兄弟院曾一一回复,提出过具体措施。现根据这些材料,又作了统一核算,刊登于此,供今后施工时以3号鋼筋代换5号鋼筋的依据。凡在下表中未列出之其他編号的鋼筋,均可直接以同径的3号热軋圓鋼筋代换。一、水塔部份
In the standard drawings of water towers and pools prepared by our institute in the past, some reinforced concrete structural reinforcements adopt No. 5 hot-rolled deformed steel bar with a calculated strength of Ra=2400 kg/cm~2. Many construction companies responded to the letter of electricity that most of the existing materials can only guarantee the supply of No. 3 hot-rolled round steel bar Ra=2100kg/cm~2, requiring changes to the original design. Our hospital and the brothers’ home had responded once and proposed specific measures. Now based on these materials, we have made a unified calculation and published it here for future construction.
